This is a daily tour to one of our neighborhood countries- Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mostar and Međugorje tour from Dubrovnik involves a full-day itinerary with transportation provided by bus or van. Mostar is a historic city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, known for its iconic bridge spanning the Neretva River, while Međugorje is a nearby town that has become a popular pilgrimage site for Catholics around the world.
The tour starts early in the morning from Dubrovnik, with a scenic drive through the picturesque countryside of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will first stop in Međugorje, where they can visit the famous apparition site of the Virgin Mary and attend Mass in one of the town’s many churches.
After Međugorje, the tour continues on to Mostar, where visitors can explore the city’s old town, including the historic bridge, cobbled streets, and traditional bazaars. The bridge, known as Stari Most, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is one of the most iconic landmarks in the region. We will also visit the local mosque, hammam, and other historic buildings, as well as sample local cuisine and traditional Bosnian coffee.
Throughout the tour, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the complex history and culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to see how these two towns have played a significant role in the region’s religious and political landscape.
After a full day of exploration, the tour returns to Dubrovnik in the evening.
